Exciting Mante Chox update!!! I bought another one and read the back label this time and. . .there IS no trans fat! Very surprising, as the texture is so delightfully light and moist. Sweeeet.

The chile rellenos here are really good. . .when they’re cheese and most are. They’re not at all eggy like the ones you usually find in the states, the batter is nice and light. Also they are filled with queso oaxaqueno, which is awesome.

You don’t say them wrong, you form them in a non-standard way. Which makes it really hard to to a french “r” or spanish “rr”. The just understanding is awesome. I’m so glad you’re going for this!
